The first wood bundles have arrived at the thermal wood processing plant

The construction of our thermal wood processing plant is progressing rapidly and we have reached an important milestone: the first wood bundles have arrived at the facility. These bundles will soon undergo the thermal wood treatment process, bringing our plant one step closer to full operational capacity. Thermally modified wood gains enhanced properties, such as improved durability and weather resistance, through carefully controlled heat treatment.

New wood bundle transfer cart for thermal wood processing

To handle the wood bundles, we have introduced a new transfer cart with an impressive load capacity of 60,000 kilograms. This cart is specifically designed to meet the needs of our thermal wood processing plant, enabling efficient and safe movement of wood bundles between the hall and our thermal wood kilns. This new transfer cart is a crucial part of our logistics chain and significantly enhances the efficiency of our production process.

Clearing the hall floor for asphalting

We have begun clearing the hall floor in preparation for asphalting, which is an important step in the finalization of our thermal wood processing plant. Wood bundles are being moved out of the hall to allow the asphalting work to proceed smoothly. The asphalting of the floor will improve the functionality of the hall, making it easier for heavy machinery and equipment used in thermal wood processing to move without obstruction.

Thermal wood kilns taking shape

The coating work on our thermal wood kilns continues as planned. These kilns play a crucial role in the production process at our plant and their completion is key. The kiln coating work is progressing well, and we eagerly anticipate their completion so we can start the first thermal wood treatments. Thermal wood processing is precise work and the high quality of our kilns ensures that the process will deliver the best possible results.

Looking ahead to the completion of the thermal wood processing plant

The construction project of our thermal wood processing plant is advancing as planned and we are pleased with the progress made so far. Next, we will focus on the asphalting of the hall floor and the finalization of our thermal wood kilns, after which we will move on to the next stages towards the plant’s full production capacity.
